Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

Shipment of Products:

We offer free second class Royal mail shipping for all purchases from Pilloo’s Limited. Purchases are shipped from our own warehouse/ store or office. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 2-3 working days for all United Kingdom customer after receipt of order and payment. We also offer express shipping with extra as a handling charges mentioned as per shipping prices. In busy trading periods, delivery may take a long shipping time.

Domestic Delivery

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™ – By 1pm next working day- £ 7.50
  • Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd class – Appx. 2-3 business days- £ 2.50
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcels* – Appx. 2-3 business days – £ 1.20

International Delivery

  • Standard Delivery – Appx. 6-12 business days £ 3.99

*Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We at pilloo’s.co.uk work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply exchange or return the unused product within 21 days of delivery.

The customer is solely responsible for all associated costs of returning the items to us. Pilloo’s will not take any responsibility for returned items if it not received using registered post.

Return your item with second class normal delivery.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

21 days easy exchange policy subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.
  • The product must not be used. It must be unused.
  • Must be returned in its original packaging.
  • product must be received within 21 days from date of invoice
  • No refunds unless the products received were damaged.
  • All returns, exchange and warranty claims will be processed after examining the claim and approval from us.

Pilloo’s reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND?

Please contact our online customer support team and we will be happy to initiate a return for you, just include the following details:

  • Order Number with all other details of the item you wish to return
  • Reason for return.

EXCHANGE

Currently we do not exchange any items ordered online. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process as listed above.

You can raise a request if there any concern related to size, you need to contact us online so we can assist you in organising a return and refund. Order bynver will be required for all refunds & exchanges.

We recommend you contact us via customer support care or email to avoid disappointment.

FAULTY ITEMS

Pilloo’s takes extreme care and manual check in ensuring our goods are of the not faulty item and perfect to fit. However, if for any reason you find an issue with one of our products, you will be entitled to the following remedies under the Consumer Law:

You’ll have legal rights if the item you bought is:

  • Faulty or damaged (‘not of satisfactory quality’)
  • unusable (‘not fit for purpose’)
  • not what was advertised or doesn’t match the product’s description

You won’t have any legal rights if:

  • It was damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse
  • You knew about the fault before you bought the item
  • You’ve just changed your mind

In assessing a claim for faulty goods, the European Consumer Law allows us to take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product, how the product has been used, the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.

If you believe you have received a faulty item or there has been an error with your shipping, please contact us here. Naturally, if your product is faulty or incorrect, we will pay full refund. We only accept return your item with second class normal delivery.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Refund will be initiated upon we received the product as per our Returns Policy. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within the following timelines:

  • 2-4 working days for your refund to be processed.
  • Please keep in mind your financial institute can take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.
